Refunds and cancellations
Last updated: 5 August 2026. This policy applies to paid instrumentation sprints, cohort reviews, playbook design, and readiness audits from Saasdevenvironments.
Scope
Saasdevenvironments provides professional services — churn risk instrumentation, early-warning cohort reviews, retention playbook design, and prediction readiness audits. We do not sell physical goods, software licences, or self-serve subscriptions through this website. Pricing on the site is informational only.
Eligibility for a full refund
If we have not started scheduled work and you cancel in writing at least seven (7) calendar days before the agreed start date, you may request a full refund of fees already paid for that engagement, less any non-refundable third-party costs disclosed in the proposal (for example, booked specialist contractors).
Partial refunds
If work has begun, refunds are calculated against completed milestones in the statement of work. Completed discovery workshops, delivered drafts, accepted event dictionaries, and accepted risk-band maps are non-refundable. Remaining prepaid fees for undelivered milestones may be refunded proportionally.
Non-refundable items
The following are non-refundable once delivered or consumed: completed briefing packs, accepted schemas and atlases, training sessions already held, and time spent on client-delayed environments after the scheduled start when we were ready to proceed.
Deposits
Engagements may require a deposit to reserve dates. Deposits become non-refundable within seven days of the start date, unless we cancel or materially fail to perform.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule once without charge if you give at least five (5) working days’ notice. Later reschedules may incur a fee reflecting preparation already completed. We may cancel for illness or force majeure and will offer a new date or a refund of unworked fees.
No-shows
If key client participants miss a booked workshop without 24 hours’ notice, that session is marked delivered for billing purposes. We will offer one courtesy rebook when capacity allows.
Work already started
Once analysis, interviews, or instrumentation design has started, fees for time incurred are payable. Prepaid balances beyond incurred time may be refunded or credited toward a revised scope at your option.
Purchased materials
If a proposal includes materials purchased specifically for your engagement (for example, specialised datasets or temporary tooling seats) and those costs were disclosed and approved, they are non-refundable after purchase.
Refund process and timing
Email hello@saasdevenvironments.digital with your company name, invoice number, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five (5) working days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within fourteen (14) working days of approval.
Exceptions
If we materially fail to deliver agreed milestones and cannot cure within a reasonable period, you may cancel and receive a refund of fees for undelivered work. Statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected where they apply; most clients engage us as businesses.
